A deposit equivalent to 2 months rent is required for applicants without social security numbers and/or no credit history. An additional deposit may be required based on credit evaluation.
Applicants are approved based on a satisfactory credit report, background check, rental history, and earnings that are at least three times the monthly rent. Guarantors must have earnings that are at least five times the monthly rent.

All guests must present a government-issued photo ID to view an apartment.

Less than 650 credit will require guarantor and/or one to two months additional rent payment at signing

Residents are responsible for monthly charges for cable, telephone, internet, electricity, water and sewer. Proof of account setup with Florida Power and Light, Renters Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $300,000 is required before move in.
