Absolutely, our community welcomes pets! Before moving in with your furry companion, please register them on our Pet Screening Portal. Simply visit the Queue Residences Pet Screening Portal and create a profile for your pet. This process is required for all new leases and renewals.  We are thrilled to welcome your pets and ensure responsible pet management.

The last 2 years of the personal income tax return notorizd or signed by a CPA as well as  the most recent 6 current and consecutive bank statements in U.S currency, demonstrating a total deposit amount equivalent to at least 3 times the net effective monthly deposits.

No commercial vehicles are permitted in our garage.

Yes, it must cover the entire lease term and be at least $300,000 personal liability coverage. All lease holders must be listed on the lease.

If you pay using the E-check option by entering your bank account information the fee is $3.  If you pay using a debit or credit card, there is a 3% convenience fee assessed.

No, unfortunately grills are not permitted on patios or balconies. We do have a BBQ grill area for our residents enjoyment.
